El Eulma, Sétif Province, Algeria
:DZ: El-Eulma (العلمة) is a city in Algeria, located some 210 miles east of the capital Algiers. It is the second-largest city in Sétif Province. In the French colonial period the city was known as Saint Arnaud after Marshal Jacques Leroy de Saint Arnaud.
El Eulma has a population of over 355,038 people. El Eulma also forms part of the wider Sétif Province which has a population of over 1,496,150 people.
